We've worked with our favorite vendors to build packages that make it easy to craft the details of your wedding day; combine them with our professional team of event staff who will  guide you through the process and you'll have a wedding that feels completely YOU. 

EVENT COORDINATION 

We'll handle the details, so you can focus on the fun.

DAY OF WEDDING COORDINATION
You've made all the plans, now we'll make sure it comes together.

  • An initial consultation to discuss your wedding day vision, vendors, and coordinator support

  • Visits to both ceremony and reception sites at least a week prior to the event

  • Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party

  • Follow up with all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding day to ensure services and delivery

  • On-site coordination and support for your ceremony rehearsal for up to 2 hours, including ceremony etiquette

  • On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during reception for up to 6 hours on the day of your wedding (includes set-up and breakdown of décor, supervision of vendor delivery of products and services, managing reception event timeline, and special details)

  • Resolution management for any issues that may arise the day of your wedding with vendors or guests

    Starting at $750.00, customized quotes available based on needs and number of guests

  • Access to the entire lakefront facility from 8:00 am until midnight, including:

    • Lodge with bar and lounge (capacity for 112 seated)

    • Waterfront lawn and tent with dance floor (ceremony and reception space for up to 350)

    • The rustic barn (seated dinner for up to 60 and ceremony space for up to 100)

    • Plus acres of lakefront resort space, including wooded trails

  • Outside fire pit, including a supply of firewood and chairs; centrally located to all venues

  • Lawn and volleyball court with variety of lawn games provided

  • Tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception

  • Dinner service tableware (including dinner plates, fork, knife, and spoon)

  • Table linens (your choice of white or ivory) and napkins (many color options)

  • Dedicated event support staff to handle guest service

  • Tableside water service, including water goblets

  • Package pricing includes standard taxes, delivery fees, and gratuities (as applicable)

BRIDAL CONCIERGÉ

A personal assistant focused on providing the bride with a seamless, 

worry-free wedding day.  

  • Pick-up and delivery of décor and DIY projects to ceremony and reception sites, with set-up and distribution

  • Assist bride and wedding party in morning-of preparations as well as throughout the day (hair, make-up, dressing, florals), bustling, and/or outfit change

  • Coordination of ceremony timing (ushers, house party, attendants, Bride and Groom)

  • Floral and gift distribution to special guests, bridal party, and go-to between Bride and Groom

  • Monitoring of specially requested photographs and videography

  • Coordination of entertainment and announcement of events (dances, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.)

  • Supervision of bride and groom exit celebration, including favors and décor elements

  • Return of all rental items including personal items to central location, tuxedo rentals, and décor

    *We will bend over backward to support our Bride and Groom as best as possible, keeping in mind we cannot work magic (though you may not believe us when we make quick work of most any challenge).

FINAL DETAILS + DAY OF COORDINATION

For the DIY Bride that needs creative ideas, guidance, and support from an experienced professional to maximize her budget.

  • An initial consultation to discuss your wedding day vision and challenges

  • Budget planning and advice to maximize your day without breaking the bank

  • Vendor, décor, and catering recommendations aligned to your priorities, budget, and personality

  • Visits to both ceremony and reception sites at least a week prior to the event

  • Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party

  • Follow up with all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding day to ensure services and delivery

  • On-site coordination and support for your ceremony rehearsal for up to 2 hours, including ceremony etiquette

  • On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during reception for up to 6 hours on the day of your wedding (includes set-up and breakdown of décor, supervision of vendor delivery of products and services, managing reception event timeline, and special details)

and wants an experienced professional to turn it into a reality.

  • Unlimited meetings, phone calls, and emails to plan and evaluate wedding details

  • Customized budget per your goals, includes development, tracking, and recommendations

  • Vendor recommendations, contract negotiation, and vendor management

  • Assistance with event experience and décor design, including choosing theme, colors, and décor items

  • Visits to both ceremony and reception sites at least a week prior to the event to develop a detailed floor plan

  • Assistance with all wedding stationary including design, mailing and guest list management

  • Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party

  • Attendance at all vendor meetings and support to ensure services and delivery as negotiated

  • On-site coordination and support for your ceremony rehearsal for up to 2 hours, including ceremony etiquette

  • On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during reception for up to 8 hours on the day of your wedding (includes set-up and breakdown of décor, supervision of vendor delivery of products and services, managing reception event timeline, and special details)

EVERY LITTLE DETAIL

For the busy bride who wants someone to manage every aspect of planning her wedding from initial concept and design to complete event management. 

  • Unlimited meetings, phone calls, and emails to plan and execute wedding details

  • Customized budget management including development, tracking, and contract negotiation

  • Event experience and décor design along with rental and purchase guidance (including every aspect of your wedding experience from the save the date and your wedding website through the thank you notes, each aspect will be designed to fit your theme and create a cohesive event to match your personalities)

  • Attire sourcing and accessory recommendations for entire wedding party (including fittings, steaming, and transportation of attire to ceremony and/or reception venues).

  • Comprehensive vendor management (including recommendations, selection, scheduling, meetings, monitoring deliverables, and follow-up)

  • Assistance with all wedding stationary including design, mailing and guest list management

  • Selection, production, and delivery of gift baskets for out-of-town guests and any other gift items

  • Arrangement of transportation for bridal party and guests from accommodations to venues and return

  • Sourcing and scheduling for all bridal appointments (hair, make-up, spa, specialty photoshoots, and jewelry sizing)

  • Development of event timeline, floor plan, seating chart, and other necessary arrangements for set-up and locations of vendors and guests

  • Detailed wedding itineraries for ceremony, reception, and all related events (additional events can be added, including bridal party brunch, bachelor and bachelorette parties, out of town guest welcome receptions, and send-off breakfasts)

  • Planning and execution of wedding rehearsal, ceremony etiquette and planning, and rehearsal dinner reservations

  • A day-of Bridal Conciergé to handle your every need as you get ready, experience your wedding, and prepare for your first night as a Mrs.
